1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Period: You have 40 days from the date of purchase to return your item. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@ebiffy.com.
  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at contact@ebiffy.com to provide you the address.

4. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank Processing: Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Gifts

  • Gift Refunds: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Non-Gift Refunds: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will find out about your return.
